We load a sandbox with your grade levels, sections, and family structure before the first live term. Typical move is measured in weeks, not a summer of dual entry.

   Export what you have

   FACTS / RenWeb, Sycamore, or spreadsheets. People, households, sections, and last year’s grades if you have them.

   Sandbox campus

   We provision a private campus, map your codes, and let the registrar click through before anyone signs in.

3. 3

   Families first

   Guardians claim once. Students stay on the same record they already had as applicants.

4. 4

   Cut over

   Attendance and gradebook go live on a date you pick. The old system stays read-only until you are sure.
